We had the greatest little family vacation. It barely lasted 24 hours but it was exactly what we needed for a quick get away.
Jessica reached out to me about a month ago asking if our family had ever been to Blue Heart Springs. I had seen pictures of it but never gone we made a plan to take both our families to Hagerman, Idaho to check it out. Plans changed a few times but when we finally solidified them, it worked out perfectly.
We left Friday, after work, and got there in 1.5hrs. We set up camp at Banbury Hot Springs, then swam for the next 3 hours. There was a log tethered to the middle of the pool that offered endless amounts of fun, entertainment and laughter as we all tried to climb on, stay on and even stand on.
By the time the sky turned dark, we decided it was time to go back to camp and share a s'more, or two. We shimmied our way into bed around midnight so we could wake up our for our intended kayak adventure.....
